MBI introduces new metabolic test

Kathy O'Donnell, RN, manager of the Midwest Bariatric Institute (MBI), and Jen Adamo, RN, bariatric surgery team leader, recently attended the National Bariatric Conference. O'Donnell and Adamo focused on the bariatric nursing track and found it very informational.

The trade show also focused on the latest bariatric products and equipment. As a result, the MBI will now feature a new metabolic test machine that will measure a person's caloric intake and provide a goal intake for maximum weight loss. The test is very simple and only takes about 10 minutes.
